Kobe is a hammered brass double-loop hoop — two overlapping circular forms hammered across the surface, the lower circle hanging from the upper like a pendant within a pendant. Also called a double hoop earring or stacked circle drop, the layered form adds depth to a classic hoop silhouette. Sand cast in brass: the mold is made in sand, the metal is poured in hot, and the piece that comes out is always slightly its own.
